 Tottho Apa: With the aim of building Digital Bangladesh, Women's Empowerment Project (2nd Phase) through Information and Communication Technology, one information center has been established in each of the 492 upazilas of Bangladesh.Under the project. information service officer and 02 information service assistants are engaged in providing information services in each information center. They are known as “Tottho apa” in the project area.
